Curious Digs

The Challenge

History content usually lands in one of two places: too academic or too sensational.
Curious Digs needed a voice that felt well-researched but bingeable, something that could compete in a noisy feed while still treating the stories with respect.

The goal: make history feel alive, immersive, and instantly worth a watch.

The Approach

We built Curious Digs like a “content engine,” not a one-time logo.

The system was designed around repeatable rules:

  • strong recognisable visual cues (so people know it’s you in 2 seconds)

  • modular layouts that adapt to topics (wars, inventions, figures, myths, events)

  • a clear hierarchy for hooks (title first, then the curiosity gap, then the proof)

  • a visual tone that matches the promise: mysterious, playful, and smart

Results

Curious Digs gained a brand system that makes content easier to produce and easier to recognise — without sacrificing credibility.

What improved:

  • faster turnaround (templates reduce design time)

  • stronger recognisability across platforms

  • more consistent storytelling structure (better retention + shares)

  • a clearer “why follow” promise: curiosity + clarity + surprise

You tube Title Cards

I designed bold, scroll-stopping title cards by mixing vectors with images for a unique look and fast turnaround. The style matched the channel’s fun, storytelling vibe while staying quick and efficient to produce.
